Autumn Leaves and other oldies

The old song “Autumn Leaves” was one of my Grandmother’s favorite songs.   I remember she would ask me to play it on the piano while she sang the song.  I enjoy old songs.  Another favorite old song is “You Ain’t Nothing But  A Hound Dog.”   Deviating from the old songs theme, now there  is a new movie coming out in theaters  named “You Ain’t Nothing But A Hound Dog.”

Also, I do enjoy old gospel songs too.  Here are some of my favorites:  “Beyond the Sunset” ;  “Walk Those Golden Stairs; “Down From His Glory; “When They Ring Those Golden Bells; ” plus “Just A Little Talk With Jesus. ”   Share with me some of your favorite oldies.

Let’s remember our wonderful country.  Pray for our leaders to have new wisdom in dealing with difficult times.  As Tavis Smiley says “Keep the faith.”
