I really enjoy music and performing. My musical talents are gifts from God.
Some have said that music ranks up there among the basic needs: 1) food 2) clothing 3) shelter 4) music. Surely, some can live without music, but the want to for music is in everyone of us.
Let’s celebrate music, as it is uplifting and relaxing. In my opinion, music is the purest of the arts!
I look forward to seeing you all real soon. I am working on a big project.

Thank you all Veterans for your sacrifices!
Thank you founding fathers for a country with individual freedoms!
Thank you God for blessing America!
Thank you fans and friends for your continued support!
Be careful on this red, white and blue holiday!
Love ya,
John Rhodes
I enjoy listening to various types of music and songs. I like some of the older songs. Here’s a snippet from George Gershwin’s - Summertime Lyrics
“Summertime,
And the livin’ is easy
Fish are jumpin’
And the cotton is high
Your daddy’s rich
And your mamma’s good lookin’
So hush little baby
Don’t you cry”
I want to thank all the men and women who have served in the military and made tremendous sacrifices to keep America free.
Happy Memorial Day to everyone! I hope you all have a safe and enjoyable day.
Fans and friends look for me at the “Georgia On My Mind” Event at the Georgia Welcome Center on Highway 301, Sylvania, Georgia. I will be performing there on April 16 after 10 a.m. See you there.
Happy Spring!!
Love ya,
John Rhodes
